When I was looking for apartments, I wanted a place that was close to campus, had good security as I live alone, had a gym in the building and had lots of counter space for all my procrasti-baking. Parc Frontenac met all of my requirements for an apartment. It is about a 10-minute walk to school, has a friendly doorperson 24/7, has a decent gym in the basement, and my kitchen has lots of room to bake dozens and dozens of cookies. A huge added bonus is the rooftop terrace that has views of the Arch and Forest Park, and is a great place to have a class-wide potluck or share a bottle of wine with a friend. The only downside is the cost of Parc Frontenac. I was initially put off by the cost, especially because I live alone, but I personally have found Parc Frontenac to be worth every penny.
